A delicious gluten-free pudding with Chia seeds! Try it now!

There is one gluten-free seed that everyone knows about and is used a lot in recent times. The Chia seeds are an important part of a diet and are highly recommended for people who are sensitive to gluten. Not only that, Chia seeds help in losing weight and boosting your immunity. Read this recipe for Chia pudding which is perfect for this hot weather – you can get something sweet and refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 300ml coconut milk (or another by choice)   
  • 3 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 3 tsp. coconut
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • fruit by choice (mango, banana, blueberries, raspberries etc.)

Preparation:

Mix the milk, Chia seeds, coconut and honey all together. Put it in a fridge for couple of hours, it is advised to stay overnight.

Before you serve it take the pudding out of the fridge and leave it to rest for a while on a room temperature, while you prepare the fruit puree.

To prepare the fruit puree blend the fruit with a mixer or a blender. If you use sour fruit add a bit of honey. Instead of fruit puree you can also just add the fruit cut in pieces.

In a serving glass or plate put a layer of the pudding, then a layer of fruit puree, add again a layer of pudding and finish it with small pieces of fruits on top and coconut. You can consume it immediately, or put it back in the fridge and serve it cold.
