- Put water in a medium saucepan and let it boil.
- Cut the lemongrass stables in length and gently press it. Put it in the boiling water together with the ginger.
- After 5 minutes of boiling, reduce the heat and simmer the tea for 5 more minutes.
- Add some green tea.
- Put it away from the heat and strain the stalks from the liquid.
The lemongrass tea can be served warm, or if you prefer during the summer period, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. Later you can drink it as an ice tea and it will still have the same effect and at the same time it will be refreshing.
