Try this recipe with Shiitake mushrooms
- 250g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 500g clover honey
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Wash the mushrooms with warm water and leave them to drain and dry. After that grind them in a meat grinder. Mix them with the honey, crushed garlic and the cinnamon.
Put the mixture in the fridge and leave it for one week. Take one tablespoon of the mixture twice a day, half an hour before the meal.
